OUR FOOD SPEAKS FOR ITSELF

AND THEN IT REPEATS ABOUT AN HOUR LATER.

This is one of our pre-chewed offerings,  since most folks who come to Cinderblock Grove are missin' quite a few teeth, we offer our entrees in a pre-chewed presentation.  We carefully trim and filet our fish, then send those parts off to a fancy restaurant.  We then take the guts and head and grind, spice and process it for our different dishes.

SURF AND TURF

This dish consists of a largemouth bass bladder, a couple of hot dogs, some seasoned venison, (we got lucky with Uncle Sticky running down that deer), and a single gulf shrimp.  It is then left out on the roof to putrefy for 5 days.  This is our most popular dish, as it is very easy to chew.  This picture was taken at the end of season barbecue.

"ASS END OF A DEER"

This is a seasonal dish, actually, when ever Uncle Sticky runs over a deer in one of his chemically induced rampages, you can git the ass end.

You had better have your best teeth in for this one.  It's a whole lotta eatin, for those of you with extra big appetites, or if you just want to tell your friends you ate the ass end of a deer.

Rat Sandwich

We don't have a problem with rat sandwiches.  We catch about 100 of them a night, and they are very popular with some of our Chinese customers.  You get a 7-rat hoagie, fully cooked, with your choice of garnishments.
